We help companies redesign and implement a planning process that is most appropriate for the size, complexity, and maturity of each organization. Our effective methodologies create planning processes that are always designed to be enablers, and sometimes filters, but never chores or deterrents to growth. In planning process redesign our primary objective is usually to "take the pain out of planning". Over the past decade, many North American companies have seen their planning processes become big and unwieldy, and often take on a life of their own. In our process redesign work we aim to put strategic thought and accountability back into planning, and help each client focus on execution to achieve aggressive targets.
